The rules for registering for and attending BGMUN X.
Students from grade 6 and above and aged 23 or younger, from any school or college. You must give true details. We may reject or cancel an application that is untrue or duplicated.
Each person may have one application. A delegation is registered by a coordinator, who is responsible for the details of the members. After you submit, you cannot edit the application yourself. If something needs fixing, an organiser can unlock the specific fields for you with a one-time link.
The registration fee is [to be confirmed] per delegate. Payment details are shown only after you submit your application. Every payment is checked by a person against the bank statement. A payment with the wrong amount, or one that repeats a transaction ID already used, is rejected.
Refunds are covered by the refund policy.
You list three committee preferences. Placement depends on those preferences, seat limits, registration order and experience, and is decided by the organisers. A place in a particular committee or country is not guaranteed. You will see your allocation only after your application is approved and allocations are published.
Your QR pass is personal and cannot be shared or transferred. The organisers may refuse entry to a pass that has been copied or altered.
Every delegate agrees to the code of conduct. Breaking it can lead to removal from the conference and a report to your school.
Photos and video are taken at the event and may be used by BGMUN, for example on the website, social media and printed material. By registering you acknowledge this. If you do not want to appear in photos or video, tell an organiser at the event.
The organisers may change dates, venue, committees or schedule, and will announce changes on the website and by email. [to be confirmed].
